Hostwallah offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time account registrations. If you are not completely satisfied with our Shared Hosting or Cloud Hosting services within the first 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of your hosting subscription fees.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
- ✓The service was purchased within the last 30 days.
- ✓It is your first service purchase with Hostwallah (subsequent accounts or services are ineligible).
- ✓Your account has not violated our Terms of Service.

If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback or dispute with your payment provider before contacting Hostwallah billing support, your account and all active services will be immediately suspended pending resolution. We reserve the right to recover any administrative dispute fees incurred.
